What does change mean? It now finds universal currency in the presidential political sound bites of hopeful candidates vowing to bring the country something different than the depressing tenure of our current occupant at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. All things are different from one moment to the next, and change is non stop throughout our lives, but the perception that a sameness exists for long periods of time flies in the face of the laws that define our universe.
